Core Team Advantages at a Glance

This is not a casually assembled team, but a “family-grade” core stronghold — connected by the bloodline of the intangible-heritage lineage and united by a shared academic ideal. We combine:

An orthodox lineage
Core members are all government-recognized legal inheritors of the medical intangible heritage “Baxi Xiangshu”, ensuring the purity, orthodoxy and authority of the academic lineage and technical theory at the source.
Disruptive interdisciplinarity
Deeply integrating 12 frontier disciplines with AI technology, our interdisciplinary R&D team sustains a continuing lead for the core algorithms in both breadth and depth.
A closed R&D loop
As a family team bound by bloodline and shared conviction, we form a seamlessly connected, highly collaborative R&D loop — from theoretical foundation through R&D deepening, technical implementation and product commercialization. Selfless exchange and constant cross-pollination of ideas dramatically raise innovation efficiency: a depth of collaboration that externally patchwork teams can hardly match.
Market precision
Product definition is led by members with deep professional backgrounds and systematic business training, ensuring technical capability converts precisely into solutions the market needs and customers are willing to pay for.
Delivery reliability
The system foundation is built and maintained by an experienced engineering team, ensuring the platform ultimately delivered to customers excels in availability, security and performance.

A Complete Technology & Talent Ecosystem

To support complex system development and continuous innovation, we have built a complete talent pipeline:

Expert think tank: we maintain long-term cooperation with several senior TCM experts, who build, review and update the professional medical knowledge base, ensuring the professionalism and safety of every recommendation the system outputs.

Young technical talent: we have also attracted many outstanding undergraduate and master's graduates from top universities who, under the leadership of senior engineers, handle non-core modules such as application-layer development, data annotation and interface optimization (core algorithms are developed independently, physically isolated).

This model — the core team controls the algorithm kernel while the outer team collaborates on development — safeguards rapid project progress while ensuring, through both management systems and technical architecture, the absolute security and confidentiality of core intellectual property.
What we deliver is not just a technical system, but a complete health ecosystem driven jointly by academic inheritance, family collaboration and continuous evolution. This unmatched team foundation determines the long-term value of our partnership, the high stability of our service, and the non-replicability of our solutions.
