For new clients you develop and sign on your own, commissions reach 30% - 50% (tiered upward with the number of deals signed).

Recurring Revenue:

• We don't have a technical team — can we still use the Data API?
  The Data API suits teams with in-house development capability or plans to build their own products. Without a technical team, we recommend the ready-made SaaS system (Section 3) directly; the two can also be combined. You can also consult an advisor about secondary-development partnerships.
• What can the ¥499 Trial Pack validate?
  Create profiles for 10 people you know (only birth time and place needed), unlock all data APIs and 3M AI tokens, and test our accuracy with real data. When upgrading to any annual Data API plan (Standard, Professional or Enterprise), ¥249 of the ¥499 trial fee is credited toward the annual fee.
• What is a token? How are fees calculated?
  Tokens are the usage unit of AI Services, deducted from your balance by actual consumption: simple questions cost little; complex ones use more. Balance and usage details are viewable in real time.
• Are AI inquiry records saved?
  Yes. Each inquiry can be auto-saved to the user's personal health profile for long-term, continuously accumulating records; on the next inquiry, the system automatically retrieves the full history and analyzes it together with past illnesses, major conditions, allergies, physical characteristics and more — the more complete the profile, the more comprehensive the analysis and the more tailored the advice. Profile data is stored encrypted, visible only to the user and the institutions they authorize.
• Data API or ready-made system — how to choose?
  Building Digital TCM capabilities into your own product (app, mini-program, hardware or service platform)? Choose the Data API. Want to switch it on and start serving right away? Choose the ready-made system. Unsure? Start with the Trial Pack either way.

• How is user data security ensured?
  Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; data ownership and scope of use are explicitly defined in the service agreement; data is used only to deliver the agreed services and never sold to any third party; we strictly comply with personal information protection laws and regulations.
• Do you provide medical services?
  No. What we provide is a health management service; all health assessments and suggestions are for reference only and cannot replace professional medical advice. The system includes seek-care reminders — if you feel unwell, please seek medical attention promptly.
• How do I pay? Can you issue invoices?
  We support corporate bank transfer and online payment, with invoices available; partnerships run on a standard service agreement with clear terms.
• How is after-sales support guaranteed?
  Every customer gets a dedicated advisor as their point of contact; the Enterprise plan includes SLA-backed service; the system and APIs are continuously maintained and updated by our R&D team.
